CloudNx Technologies is your sole contractual counter-party for compute, storage, support and invoicing. The datacentre operators we build on are subcontractors; you never contract with them and they never invoice you.

GST invoicing

• A numbered GST tax invoice is issued on the 1st of every month for the previous month's usage and emailed as a PDF, with a one-click payment link. Prices are exclusive of GST; tax is shown separately.
• Service classification: SAC 998315 (hosting and IT infrastructure provisioning). GST at 18% — CGST + SGST for customers in Uttar Pradesh, IGST for every other state.
• Registered businesses: add your GSTIN and legal name under Portal → Billing → Tax profile. Your invoices then carry your GSTIN and appear in your GSTR-2B for input tax credit.
• Invoices are due on the 15th of the month. Reminders go out on the 8th and 15th. Nothing is suspended automatically for non-payment; a person contacts you first.
• Invoice numbers follow CNX/YY-YY/000000, sequential within each financial year.

Data protection (DPDP Act, 2023)

• We process account and billing data as a data fiduciary; data inside your instances and buckets is yours and we process it only to run the service.
• Every state-changing action on your account is written to an audit log you can read in the portal (Audit logs).
• Deleting an instance or bucket deletes the data; database backups age out after 14 days. Deleting the account removes personal data within 30 days, subject to tax-record retention required by law.

Data residency

Two regions: India (Mumbai) and EU West (Finland). You choose the region when you launch; your data stays in it until you move it. Both datacentres are ISO 27001 certified — the operator's certification, not ours. Control-plane data (accounts, invoices, audit logs) is stored in the EU West region today.

Payments

All card, UPI and net-banking payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI DSS Level 1). CloudNx never sees or stores card numbers. Bank transfers are accepted against an invoice and reconciled by reference.

We list what we don't have because a buyer who finds out later trusts nothing else on the site. Security details — encryption, isolation, disclosure — are on the security page.
