Where are the servers located?+
Hetzner bare-metal in Helsinki, Finland (EU West, GDPR-compliant ISO 27001 data center). Real dedicated NVMe hardware — not virtual oversold slices. Mumbai region (dedicated OVH hardware) ships Q3 2026; US East is on the roadmap.
How does pricing compare to AWS / DigitalOcean / Linode?+
About 35% cheaper than AWS for the m-class workhorse SKUs, comparable to DigitalOcean and Linode on raw price but with bare-metal NVMe instead of shared VPS. Can I pay in USD or EUR?+
Today our pricing is published in INR with INR settlement via Razorpay. We accept international cards (which auto-convert at your bank's rate). USD- and EUR-denominated annual contracts are available for enterprise customers — email [email protected].
Can I migrate from AWS, DigitalOcean, or Linode?+
Yes. IAM-style access keys, S3-compatible object storage, standard Linux VMs that accept rsync, scp, or any container migration workflow. Full runbook at /docs/guides/migrate-from-aws.
What's your SLA?+
99.5% on compute today, written into the MSA. We're single-host until our 2nd box lands — at that point we move to 99.9% with multi-AZ. We tell prospects this upfront because we'd rather lose a deal than miss an SLA.
What happens if CloudNx goes out of business?+
Your data sits on standard NVMe with Proxmox. You can export a qcow2 image of any VM anytime and import it to any other cloud in under two hours. We'd help with the migration if it ever came to that.
Is there a free tier?+
Free signup credit (equivalent to ~21 days on the smallest paid plan, ~₹699/mo). No card required upfront. Beyond that, per-minute billing means you only pay for what you actually run.
How do payments work?+
Razorpay handles all transactions — supports international and Indian credit cards, UPI (for Indian customers), net banking, and SEPA for European customers via partner gateways. Autopay supported across all methods so VMs never stop because a top-up was forgotten.
What's the difference between prepaid and postpaid?+
Prepaid (default): wallet balance, autopay top-up, never any surprise bills. Postpaid (whitelisted): we invoice at month-end up to your credit line. Postpaid is for established customers with consistent monthly spend — talk to us if you want it.
Who can I email if something breaks?+
[email protected] — replies from a human, <4h on business hours (UTC+5:30). Postpaid customers get a dedicated escalation channel. We're small. We answer email.
I'm an Indian-incorporated company — will I get a GST tax invoice?+
Yes — every top-up generates an Indian-entity tax invoice with your GSTIN, IRN, and a downloadable PDF. Your CA can file it directly. UPI under ₹2,000 has 0% MDR.
I'm a European / US company — do you have local tax invoices?+
Today our primary invoice format is the Indian GST tax invoice. We can issue a basic invoice in USD or EUR on request that satisfies most international accounting workflows. Formal VAT MOSS (EU) registration and US sales-tax handling are on the roadmap as customer demand emerges.
