Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any CloudNx service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Services

CloudNx Technologies provides on-demand virtual compute instances (VMs), networking, storage, and related infrastructure services ("Services"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account & access

  • You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Keep your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access.

4. Billing & payment

  • Usage is billed on a post-paid hourly basis unless you have a committed plan.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. By adding a payment method you agree to Razorpay's terms.
  • Prepaid credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may suspend Services if invoices remain unpaid for more than 7 days.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
  • Launch denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against any target.
  • Host or distribute malware, phishing sites, or illegal content.
  • Mine cryptocurrency without prior written consent.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Report abuse at [email protected]. We investigate all reports and will terminate accounts in violation without refund.

6. Service levels & uptime

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the control plane. Instance availability depends on the underlying hardware node. We do not offer SLA credits under the standard plan; enterprise SLA contracts are available — contact [email protected].

7. Data & backups

You are responsible for backing up data on your instances. CloudNx is not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, misconfiguration, or account termination. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudNx's total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms immediately and without notice. On termination, your instances will be stopped and data deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
